Get a refund

Your first payment for a paid plan comes back in full if you ask within 14 days. Here is where to ask, what to write and what happens to your plan.

Check that it applies

The refund covers the first payment of an account for a paid plan, asked for within 14 days of it. How much you used the plan in those days does not matter.

Renewals and later payments are not refunded. You can stop paying at any time, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.

Ask while signed in: the request is then tied to the account that paid.

Where the answer appears

Under Your requests on your account page, within 5 working days. The same list shows what you wrote.

How the money comes back

Once we agree, the money is sent within 10 working days, the same way you paid. How fast it arrives after that depends on your bank or wallet.

What happens to your plan

The plan ends when the refund is agreed, and the account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: the 2 oldest profiles keep opening, and the others open again when you pay for a plan.

If ARMANOS was down instead

An outage of more than 24 hours because of us is made up in days of your plan, not in money. Ask through the same form within 14 days and say when it happened.

What this article does not cover

It does not decide anything the Refunds page does not. Where the two ever differ, that page decides.
Card payment is not connected yet. A payment arranged with us in writing comes back the same way it was made.
It does not cover invitation rewards.

Questions

I opened many profiles in the first days. Do I still get the refund?: Yes. The refund does not depend on how much you used the plan in its first 14 days.
Can I ask without signing in?: The form takes it, but the request is not tied to the account that paid, and a refund is made only for a request tied to it. Sign in first.
My renewal went through yesterday. Can I get it back?: No. Renewals are not refunded; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
