When a paid plan ends
The days after the end date
A paid plan keeps working for 3 more days after its end date, so a payment that arrives late does not lock you out. A date we set by hand after a refund or a dispute ends the plan on that date.
What Free keeps
Free covers 2 profiles, 1 device and your own seat. Your profiles, groups, flows and proxies stay on the server, and nothing on your disk is touched.
Profiles above Free
The 2 oldest profiles keep opening, your own before your colleagues'. The rest stay in the list with all their data and refuse to open until you pay again.
Your team
Colleagues beyond your seats lose access to the workspace; the earliest to join keep theirs. On Free that is everyone but you.
API keys
Free has no API keys, so your keys stop working. They come back to life when the plan does.
Paying again
Everything above opens again the moment a paid plan applies. Card payment is not connected yet: a paid period is arranged with us in writing.
Working without a connection
The app itself works for 24 hours without reaching our server. After that it needs to reach it again to check your plan.

- Will my profiles be deleted?
- No. Nothing is deleted when a plan ends; profiles above Free stay in the list until you pay again.
- Which profiles keep opening?
- The 2 oldest, and the workspace owner's come before colleagues'.
- My payment is late. Am I locked out at once?
- No. A paid plan works for 3 more days after its end date.
