Copy and export proxies
Search and filters
Search proxies looks through names, hosts, ports, logins, notes, exit countries and last IPs, never through passwords. The filters stand next to it, and the status chips and countries show their counts.
Check status
All, Working, Not working and Not checked, by the last check.
Exit country
All countries, or one country with its count.
Connection type
All types, or one of them.
Not used by any profile
Proxies no profile points at.
With an IP change link
Proxies that can change their address with a button.
What the filter changes
Check all becomes Check shown and checks only the proxies the filter shows. When nothing matches, the list says No proxy matches the filter and offers Reset the filter.
A proxy hidden by the filter also loses its tick, so an action on the selection never reaches rows you do not see.
Copy one proxy
Copy on a row of the library puts that proxy on the clipboard as protocol://login:password@host:port. The message warns that the line holds the login and password.
If the line would not read back exactly, the message starts with Careful and says why: a sign in the password that other programs read as a label, or a type the host:port:login:password shape has no place for.
Copy many
Tick rows or press Select all shown. The bar above the list shows Selected, a Line form to choose, and Copy puts all of them on the clipboard in the order you see.
A proxy whose password did not open on this computer is not copied, and the message names it.
Export to a file
Export in the section bar takes the ticked proxies, or all shown when nothing is ticked, and its number says how many. The Export proxies window offers four kinds of file, each with its explanation in view.
Before the save window a question about passwords comes first: Export without passwords, or With passwords. On macOS and Linux the file is readable by your account alone.
Lines, protocol://login:password@host:port
The whole file goes back into Paste a list in ARMANOS, and into other antidetect browsers that read this form.
Lines, host:port:login:password
For programs that read host:port:login:password. This form has no place for the type, so SOCKS5, HTTPS and SSH proxies are named after the export.
ARMANOS lines
For another ARMANOS: the label and the IP change link are kept.
Table
For Excel and Numbers, one column per field. A cell that starts like a formula gets an apostrophe in front, and the message names it.
What this does not do
- A table cannot be pasted back into the library. For a copy you can bring back, export lines.
- The filter lives while the window is open and is not remembered after a restart.
- The path to an SSH key does not go into a copied line.
Where this is decided
The claims that carry the most weight, with the stand that checks each of them.
- Search, status chips, countries, types and the two checkboxes leave exactly the rows they promise, and passwords are never searched
- apps/desktop/test/отбор-прокси.js
- Check shown checks only the shown proxies, and hidden rows lose their tick
- apps/desktop/test/прокси-библиотеки-вёрстка.js
- A copied line reads back into the same proxy, and a line that would not is called Careful with its reason
- apps/desktop/test/прокси-строкой-туда-и-обратно.js
- The export file is readable by the owner alone, and a table cell that starts like a formula gets an apostrophe
- apps/desktop/test/выгрузка-прокси.js
Questions
- Why does a copied line of a team profile have no password?
- The password of that proxy is handed out by a team manager, and the message says so. A manager copies it with the password.
- Which kind of file does another antidetect browser read?
- Most read one of the two line forms. The Export proxies window says under each kind which programs take it.
