Delete your account
Erase the profiles on your computers first
Profiles live on your disk, and our server cannot reach them. Delete them in the app and choose Delete permanently in the Recycle bin before you ask.
Ask for the deletion
You need your password, and your code if you use two-step sign-in.

Sign in on the site
With the account you want to delete.

Open your account page
The last card is Delete your account.

Enter the password and the code
Then press Delete my account and confirm.
The waiting days
For 3 days you can change your mind by signing in again. Your devices are signed out at once and your API keys stop working; after a change of mind you make new keys.
Your team
If you work in a colleague's workspace, the profiles you made there stay with its owner. If colleagues work in your workspace, it is erased whole with the profiles they made in it, and they keep their own accounts. A team login cannot delete itself: the team owner or an administrator removes it.
What stays
Records of payments, without your email, for as long as the law requires. Your messages to our support, for 2 years after our last answer.
What this article does not cover
- It does not decide anything the Deleting your data page does not. Where the two ever differ, that page decides.
- A paid period ends with the account, and the time left is not refunded. If your first payment was less than 14 days ago, ask for a refund first.

Questions
- Can I get the account back after the waiting days?
- No. After 3 days the account and its data are erased, and signing in answers as if the email were unknown.
- Does deleting my profiles delete my account?
- No. The account is deleted separately, from your account page.
