Profile statuses

Clicking the status chip in a row opens the list: your statuses, No status and New status. A new status has a name and a color: one of twelve, or your own as #rrggbb.

The Status column appears in the table by itself once you set the first status. You can hide it in the Columns window.

Select profiles and press Status on the bar above the list. Profiles closed by a password are skipped and named, and no password window pops up.

In the Filters funnel the Status row has check boxes: your statuses and No status. The State filter next to it picks open and stopped profiles, which is a different thing.

Edit on a status changes its name and color, and the new name goes onto every profile with that status. Delete status first names the number of profiles, then clears the status from them. Signed in, the list of statuses is shared by the team: the owner and admins edit it, and your other computers and colleagues see the status of a profile.

A team member sees no Edit and no New status in the list: in their place it says who edits the list. A member can still set any status from the list.

Quick edit on the right has a Status field with your list and No status. On a spreadsheet import the status column puts the status on the new profile, and an unknown name joins your list.
