Edit profiles in the list
The pencil in a cell
Hover over a cell and a pencil appears on the right. A click opens a small window by the cell, and the list stays in view.
Enter saves, Esc cancels, and a click outside the window saves too. In notes it is Ctrl+Enter or ⌘+Enter, and in tags Enter or a comma adds a tag.
Quick edit on the side
A click on the name opens quick edit on the right: name, status, group, tags, notes, proxy with Change and Check, start page, location and port scan protection. Below it are four fingerprint lines with Details and New fingerprint.
Each field saves itself when you leave it. A double click on the row opens all settings.
When a change did not go through
The edit window stays open with the reason in words, and the cell keeps the old value. The window will not take an empty name.
Group and proxy from the cell
The pencil at the group opens the list of groups: a click on a group moves the profile into it. The pencil at the proxy opens the proxy choice from your library.
What this does not do
- The system of a profile is not changed here: it changes in all settings.
- In a narrow window quick edit opens over the list instead of next to it.
- A click on the row still selects the profile, and the right button shows more actions.
