Accept a transferred profile
Where the request shows
A strip with the number of incoming transfers appears above the profile list, and the account menu has a "Profile transfers" item. The "Received" section shows who sent the request, until when you can answer and what travels with each profile.
Accept transfers only from people you know: a profile from a stranger may carry someone else's logins or a fake start page.
Accepting
"Accept" is locked when the profile worked in another browser than the one chosen on your computer: switch the browser in Settings before accepting. Each accepted profile takes a slot of your plan, like a new one.

Choose a group
By default a new group named with the date, or a group of yours, or no group.

Check the slots
The window says how many slots are needed and how many are free. Not enough: buy more profiles or ask the sender to split the transfer.

Press "Accept"
The profile appears in the list with a mark saying whom it came from.
Place the transfer file
The sender sends you the file. Open it with "Choose transfer files" in the "Profile transfers" window or with "Load a transferred profile" above the list: the app recognises a transfer file by itself.
You have 7 days after accepting, then the key to the file is erased. The profile then stays with you without the session, and you sign in to the accounts again.
The first launch
Until the file is placed, the launch asks whether to open the profile without it: without the file the profile opens without the manual fingerprint edits, if the sender made any, that is as another machine. When the profile went online from another country, the launch asks about that too.
The ARMANOS Browser version must be the sender's version or newer.
Answering from the website
The same request can be accepted or rejected in the dashboard on the website. The app catches up with the acceptance by itself at the next sync with the account.
What this does not do
- It does not accept into someone else's team: the owner of their own workspace accepts.
- Cookies and browser passwords arrive only between two Macs or two Linux computers.
- The sender may have kept a copy of the logins. If the accounts are yours now, change their passwords.

Questions
- I rejected by mistake
- Ask the sender to transfer the profile again: a rejected request does not come back.
- The file does not open
- If the window says the file is not from your transfers, it belongs to someone else's request. If 7 days have passed since accepting, the key is erased: the profile stays with you without the session.
Accept a profile
Receiving a transfer works on any plan with enough slots.
