Plans, renewal and cancellation

Plans
Prices are per month, in US dollars. Professional and Business have steps by number of profiles; Enterprise is agreed with us.

Quarters and years
A quarter costs at least 10% less and a year at least 20% less than the same months paid one by one. The monthly price is rounded down to a whole dollar, and the whole period is charged at once.
Colleagues and extra profiles
Your own seat is in every plan, and Business includes 3. Each further colleague is $3 a month. A profile above your step is $2 a month.
How a paid period starts today
Card payment is not connected yet. A paid period is arranged with us in writing, it ends on its date, and nothing is charged by itself.
A payment that arrives late
A paid plan keeps working for 3 more days after its end date, so a payment that arrives late does not lock you out. A date we set by hand after a refund or a dispute ends the plan on that date.
When a paid period ends
Your account moves to Free: 2 profiles, 1 device and your own seat. Nothing is deleted: the 2 oldest profiles keep opening, and the rest stay in the list and refuse to open until you pay again.
Colleagues beyond your seats lose access to the workspace, the earliest to join keeping theirs, and API keys stop working.
Price changes
A new price does not touch a period you have already paid for. A higher price is announced at least 30 days before it applies to your next period.
Working without a connection
The app works for 24 hours without reaching our server. After that it needs to reach it again to check your plan.
The free plan
Free has no end date and needs no card. There is no separate trial: Free is the way to try.
Enterprise
Enterprise is agreed with us in writing, for up to 5000 profiles, 20 devices and 20 seats. Write to us through the form with what you need.
What this page does not cover
- It does not describe automatic renewal, because there is none yet. How to switch a renewal off will be written when card payment opens.
- It does not state taxes. They will be stated together with the operator.
- It is not legal advice and does not claim compliance with any regime by name.

Questions
- Is there a trial?
- No separate trial. Free has no end date and runs the same engine and the same scenarios, so it is the way to try.
- What happens to my profiles when a paid period ends?
- Nothing is deleted. The 2 oldest keep opening, and the rest stay in the list until you pay again.
- Can I pay for a year at once?
- Yes. A year costs at least 20% less than twelve months paid one by one, and it is charged at once.
- Does a new price change what I already paid?
- No. A period already paid for keeps its price; a higher price is announced 30 days before it applies to your next period.
