The 14-day refund
This page is part of the Terms of Service between you and the operator of ARMANOS, whose legal name will appear on the Company and contact page.
If a paid plan is not for you, ask within 14 days of your first payment for it and the whole payment comes back. How many profiles you opened in that time does not matter. This works once per account, for its first payment for a paid plan.
What is not refunded
Renewals and every payment after the first. The time left on a plan when we close the account for breaking the rules on the Acceptable use page, or when you ask us to close it.
Days received as an invitation reward: they are credit, not money.
How to ask
Sign in, open the form at armanos.io/support and pick Payment and subscription. The request is tied to your account, and our answer appears under Your requests on your account page.
Give the date and the amount of the payment. A reason helps us but is not required.
How long it takes
We answer within 5 working days. Once we agree, the money is sent within 10 working days, the same way you paid. How fast it arrives after that depends on your bank or wallet.
What happens to your plan
The plan ends when the refund is agreed, and your account moves to Free. Nothing is deleted: the 2 oldest profiles keep opening, and the others stay in the list and open again when you pay for a plan.
Outages
If ARMANOS does not work for more than 24 hours because of us, we add the lost time to your plan, rounded up to whole days. Ask within 14 days through the same form and say when it happened.
Disputes with your bank
If you open a dispute with your bank, the plan stops while the dispute is open, and we do not run a refund alongside it. If the dispute ends in our favour, the plan comes back.
When we say no
We refuse a refund to repeated buying and refunding, and for a plan used against the rules on the Acceptable use page.
Invitation rewards
An invitation reward waits 14 days after the invited person's first payment. If that payment is refunded in that time, neither side gets the reward. The rest is on the Invitation terms page.
Your local law
If the law of your country gives you more than this page does, the law wins.
What this page does not cover
- Card payment is not connected yet. A payment arranged with us in writing comes back the same way it was made.
- It does not yet say in which coin and on which network a payment in cryptocurrency comes back. That is set together with the ways to pay.
- It is not legal advice and does not claim compliance with any regime by name.

Questions
- Does opening profiles in the first 14 days cost me the refund?
- No. The refund does not depend on how much you used the plan; there is a free plan to try first, and the window is there for the first payment.
- Is a renewal refunded?
- No. You can stop paying at any time, and the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- How is the money sent back?
- The same way you paid, within 10 working days after we agree.
- ARMANOS was down for a day. What do I get?
- The lost time added to your plan, in whole days, if the outage lasted more than 24 hours and was our fault. Ask within 14 days.
