Exit country unknown

The proxy works, but the app could not learn which country it comes out in, so the profile was not opened. Without the country its clock and language would not match its address.

Two refusals under one title

None of the address services named the country: the proxy let the app through, and the services answered with a refusal or a limit. Check again in a minute; the services usually answer again.

The proxy did not let the app reach any address service: a provider that closes the IP checking sites answers this way, and so does a proxy that does not let this computer in. From this computer the two cannot be told apart.

Why the app does not guess

A clock that disagrees with the address is among the first things a fraud check looks at. A profile opened without its country would take a random clock and language from its seed, or the clock of this computer, and sites would see the mismatch.

So the profile stays closed and the line says why. Your real address is not used in any case.

When the last known country is taken

If the services did answer but named no country, the profile opens with the country confirmed last time for the same proxy, and a notification says so with the date of that check.

A service may still name the country a few seconds later. If it names another country, the open window keeps the clock and language it opened with, the new country applies from the next launch, and a notification says so.

The last known country is not taken after the address was changed by rotation, after the proxy was changed, or when the proxy did not let the app reach any service.

Set the time zone by hand

Set time zone by hand on the refusal opens the fingerprint of the profile on its time zone field. With a time zone chosen by hand both refusals open the profile, and the language follows that zone.

Choose the zone of the country your proxy comes out in. The zone chosen by hand stays until you set it back to automatic.

A provider that closes the address services

Some residential providers close the IP checking sites for their customers. The article about your provider says whether it does and which of its own addresses answers instead.

For such a provider the time zone set by hand is the working way: the proxy itself carries traffic, only the address services are closed.

What this article does not cover

  • A proxy that does not answer at all. That is a different refusal with its own words.
  • A wrong country named by a service. The app keeps the country of the same address the same across launches; a new address may bring a new country.

Where this is decided

Each rule above is held by a stand that runs the real code.

No country and no last known one: the profile does not open, and the refusal names the reason

The last known country keeps the fingerprint byte for byte, and the same address keeps the same country

The services answered with a limit: the profile opens with the last known country within 3 seconds after the first answer

Questions

The proxy works in another browser. Why is the country unknown here?
The other browser does not ask the address services. The app asks up to four of them through the proxy itself, and this line means none of them named the country this time.
Does the app ask the country at every launch?
Yes, before every launch, like the other anti-detect browsers. A launch within a minute after a successful check takes that result instead of asking again.
