The application asks about the business: tax details, a registered address, the goods you sell and the record you already have elsewhere. Most refusals happen at this stage and have nothing to do with the browser at all.

The device and the address come after that, and neither of them can stand in for a document that is missing.

Walmart works with one seller account per approved business, and a second account goes through the same application as the first. Two accounts under one business are the exception here rather than the plan.

A profile keeps an approved account in a browser of its own. Approval belongs to Walmart and stays with Walmart.

Item setup here is reviewed on the platform's side, so the real pace is set by that review rather than by how fast a page can be filled in. A form completed twice as fast simply waits twice as long in the same queue.

An account that has just been approved starts at a fifth of the daily ceiling and reaches the full number on the seventh day.

Order defects, late shipments and cancellations are scored, and a weak score narrows what the account is allowed to do next. Cancellations cost more there than a slow listing day ever will.

No browser setting moves that score. It moves with how the orders actually go.

The retailer agreement and the seller performance standards are the documents that decide here, and both are revised on Walmart's schedule. Both are written about the account, so a change lands on sellers who were approved long ago.
