Terms of Service

Who provides the service
These terms are an agreement between you and the operator of ARMANOS. The operator's legal name, country and registration number are not stated yet: they will appear on the Company and contact page. To reach us, use the form at armanos.io/support.
Accepting these terms
You accept these terms when you create an account on the site by ticking the box beside the links to them; the app sends you to the same page to create one. We record which edition you accepted and when.
An account created before the box existed accepts them by using ARMANOS after this edition applies. If you use ARMANOS for a business, you accept them for that business as well.
Who may use ARMANOS
You must be at least 18. You may use ARMANOS for yourself or for a business you are allowed to act for.
Your account
Give an email you can read: it is the name of your account. Keep your password and your two-step codes to yourself.
You may not sell, rent or lend the account. To work together, invite colleagues into your workspace.
Plans and payment
Prices are in US dollars. They are on the pricing page and written out on the Plans, renewal and cancellation page. A quarter or a year is charged at once.
Refunds
Your first payment for a paid plan comes back in full if you ask within 14 days. Everything else about refunds is on the Refunds page.
Rules of use
The rules on the Acceptable use page are part of these terms. Breaking them can end your plan without a refund of the time left.
Suspension and closing
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and we say why unless the law forbids it. If we closed your account, you may not open a new one to get around that.
You may delete your account at any time from your account page.
The app and its engine
You may install and run the app on as many devices as your plan allows. You may not take it apart to remove the limits of your plan.
The app and its browser engine contain open source parts, each under its own licence.
Outages
If ARMANOS does not work for more than 24 hours because of us, we add the lost time to your plan. How to ask is on the Refunds page.
Law and disputes
The law that governs these terms and the place where disputes are heard will be named on the Company and contact page together with the operator. Before any dispute, write to us through the form at armanos.io/support.
Changes to these terms
Every edition carries its date and number at the top, and all editions are listed at the bottom with what each one changed. An edition applies from its date and does not reach back to what happened before it.
A change that takes something from you is announced at least 30 days before it applies, here, in the list of latest changes of the legal section and by a strip in the app and in your account, except changes the law or the safety of the service requires. A new price does not touch a period you have already paid for.
If you do not accept a change, you can delete your account before it applies.

What this page does not cover
- It does not yet state the operator's legal name, country and registration number, or the law and the court for disputes. They will appear on the Company and contact page, and these terms change with them.
- It has no section on the limits of liability yet. That section is written by a lawyer and will come as a new edition.
- It does not replace the rules of the platforms you work on. Those live in each platform's own terms.
- It is not legal advice and does not claim compliance with any regime by name.

- Do these terms apply to the free plan?
- Yes. Free is an account like any other. Paid plans add the pages about money: Refunds and Plans, renewal and cancellation.
- Who is the seller?
- The operator of ARMANOS. Its legal name, country and registration number are not stated yet and will appear on the Company and contact page.
- Can I get my money back?
- Your first payment for a paid plan comes back in full if you ask within 14 days. Renewals are not refunded; the plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
- What happens when these terms change?
- The new edition appears here with its date, and older ones stay listed at the bottom. A change that takes something from you is announced at least 30 days before it applies.
