TikTok Ads accounts
What the console reads first
An advertiser account is bound to a country when it is created, and that country sets the currency, the tax handling and the placements available to it.
So an account registered in one country and worked from another every day contradicts itself before a single creative is uploaded.
A profile takes its clock and its language list from the exit country, and the app strips ttclid and the other click identifiers from links as they open.
Business centre and member roles
The platform holds several advertiser accounts inside a business centre, where people are added as members with roles rather than by handing over a login.
One profile per advertiser account keeps those sessions from meeting, which matters most when the same person administers accounts for several clients.
Ceilings on a spending account
Creatives here go through review one by one, and an account that rewrites its campaigns hourly puts itself back in that queue over and over.
The app counts the day and warns as you come near each ceiling, with the limit named on screen. It does not stop you.
| Action | A day | Warning at |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign edits | 12 | 70% |
| Budget changes | 4 | 50% |
| New campaigns | 3 | 67% |
| Payment detail edits | 1 | 99% |
| Account switches | 3 | 67% |
First week of a new account
A new advertiser account starts at a fifth of the ceiling and reaches all of it on the seventh day.
The steps are fractions of the scenario ceiling rather than a separate list of numbers, so raising the ceiling raises the whole ramp with it.
| Day | Actions allowed |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | 8 |
| Day 2 | 14 |
| Day 3 | 20 |
| Day 4 | 26 |
| Day 5 | 32 |
| Day 6 | 36 |
| Day 7 and after | 40 |
One payment edit a day
Changing how an account pays is the action most likely to start a check, whether the account tops up in advance or is billed afterwards.
That is why the ceiling is one edit a day with the warning at 99 percent, and it is the strictest number in the whole scenario.
The same card behind two advertiser accounts joins them on the platform's books, and no browser setting reaches that far.
What the rules actually say
The platform expects one business entity behind an advertiser account and treats a second account opened to escape a decision on the first as evasion.
Read its advertising policies before you scale. We link them rather than paraphrase them, because they move faster than any page of ours would.
What this does not do
- It does not get a creative through review. What the video shows is judged on its own, and the browser has no part in it.
- It does not change the country an account was registered in. That choice is made once and lives with the account.
- It does not hide a shared payment method between two advertiser accounts.
- It does not lift the platform's own limits. The ceilings here are ours and they sit below its thresholds.

Questions
- Can one agency hold accounts for many clients?
- Yes, that is what the business centre is for. Each client account still gets its own profile here, so their sessions never share a device.
- Does the exit country have to match the account?
- It should agree with where the account claims to operate. The profile takes its clock and language list from that country, so the three do not contradict each other.
- Why only three account switches a day?
- Switching is cheap to do and expensive to explain. Three is enough for a working day and few enough that it does not look automated.
- Does the ceiling apply to scheduled work?
- Nothing stops. The count and the warning are shown, each action has its own threshold, and what you do with that is your call.
- Does a profile survive a move to another computer?
- Yes, if it moves with its id, because the id is the seed of the device. Cookies carried on their own produce a different machine wearing the same logins.
