What sits behind the console
Access here hangs off a personal profile, so the ad account, the pages and the pixel all live downstream of one person's login.
That login is read together with the device and the address it arrived from, and two of them answering identically is the shape that draws attention.
The app also strips fbclid and the rest of the click identifiers from links, so a creative opened in one profile leaves no trail in another.
Business accounts and asset access
The platform's own answer to running many ad accounts is a business account that holds them as assets, with people invited by role instead of by password.
A second personal profile is not that answer, and its terms are plain that a person gets one.
So the profiles here separate ad accounts and the people who work on them, not one person into two.
Where the ceilings bite
A young ad account that opens three campaigns and doubles a budget in one evening is asking for a manual review.
The app counts the day and warns ahead of every ceiling, with the number shown rather than swallowed. It does not stop you.
| Action | A day | Warning at |
|---|---|---|
| Campaign edits | 12 | 70% |
| Budget changes | 4 | 50% |
| New campaigns | 3 | 67% |
| Payment detail edits | 1 | 99% |
| Account switches | 3 | 67% |
First week of a new account
A fresh ad account is trusted least on the day it is born, and the ramp accepts that instead of arguing with it.
Day one allows eight actions and day seven allows forty. The steps between are fractions of the scenario ceiling, so they move when it moves.
| Day | Actions allowed |
|---|---|
| Day 1 | 8 |
| Day 2 | 14 |
| Day 3 | 20 |
| Day 4 | 26 |
| Day 5 | 32 |
| Day 6 | 36 |
| Day 7 and after | 40 |
One payment edit a day
Nothing brings a reviewer around faster than a change to who pays: a new card, a new billing country, a new spending threshold.
The app allows one such edit a day and warns at 99 percent, which is as close to a stop as a warning gets.
A card reused across two ad accounts links them on the platform's side, and a separate browser does nothing about it.
What the rules actually say
Its terms ask for one personal profile per person and offer business accounts for everything above that. Breaking the first turns an ad account problem into a person problem.
Read the rules yourself before you scale. We link them rather than paraphrase them, because they change and a paraphrase goes stale.
What this does not do
- It does not carry an ad account through a review. Creatives, landing pages and spend history weigh more than the browser.
- It does not give you a second personal profile. Its terms ask for one per person and we will not sell a way around that.
- It does not hide a card or a phone number shared between two accounts.
- It does not lift the platform's own limits. The ceilings here are ours and they sit lower on purpose.

Questions
- How many ad accounts can a business hold?
- The platform sets that number itself and raises it as spend history builds. Our ceilings sit under whatever it allows.
- Does a profile per account help at review time?
- It keeps one account's session out of another's, which is a different thing from passing a review. The review looks at what you advertise.
- Can two people work in one ad account?
- Yes, by inviting each of them by role. Each person then keeps their own profile on their own machine.
- What do the two tracker lists cover?
- One is the general list every scenario loads, the other is the advertising list. Both run in the engine's network layer rather than as a script on the page.
- Why is the new campaign warning at two thirds?
- Three a day is a small number, and a warning on the last one would arrive too late to change your plan for the evening.
Give each ad account a profile
The free plan gives two profiles, with no time limit and no card.
